All Fontaine Reputation quest locations in Genshin Impact

A lot of them aren’t marked on the map.

After unlocking the Fontaine Reputation board in Genshin Impact, you’ll see a Quests section with a list of quests that grant Reputation points. Some of these are impossible to miss (like the Archon Quests) but others are less obvious. Here are all of the quests that grant Reputation EXP and where you can start them.

Archon Quests

The Archon Quests are impossible to miss and will show up in your Quests log automatically once you unlock them. The first part of the Archon Quests starts at the lower level of Romaritime Harbor. These give 100 Reputation EXP each while all of the World Quests below give 20.

Another Horizon of Adventure

Another Horizon of Adventure unlocks after finishing Chapter IV Act II of Fontaine’s Archon Quests. To complete it, simply visit Katherine in the Court of Fontaine. This quest unlocks Daily Commissions in Fontaine.

Danger Lurks Everywhere in Fontaine

Danger Lurks Everywhere in Fontaine unlocks after finishing Chapter IV Act II of Fontaine’s Archon Quests. Start it by speaking to Guijarro at Marcotte Station. Escort her around until she’s satisfied to complete the quest.

A Certain Notice, A Certain Trifle, A Certain Stamp

These three are part of the same quest chain. Enter the Palais Mermonia by the Court of Fontaine’s Statue of the Seven, then talk to Iaune. Navigate the bureaucratic nightmare of Fontaine’s government to complete these quests. They take several in-game days to complete, but you can skip time using the clock in your Paimon menu.

The Fountain Flows Again

The Fountain Flows Again unlocks after finishing Chapter IV Act II of Fontaine’s Archon Quests. Start it by interacting with a small fountain in between Marcotte Station and the Fountain of Lucine. You’ll need a few Iron Chunks on hand, but the quest itself is pretty straightforward.

Ann’s Story: Prologue

Ann’s Story: Prologue is part of the Narzissenkreuz Adventure questline. Start this questline by talking to Ann in Chemin de L’Espoir. It takes some time to complete, but at the end of it, you should be able to claim your 20 Reputation EXP.

Seymour’s Story: Prologue

This is part of the Ancient Colors questline. To begin this questline, interact with Mamere just north of the Statue of the Seven in Elynas. This is a bit of a long three-part questline that requires you to do a few other World Quests in the middle of it, but upon completing it, Seymour’s Story: Prologue should count as completed too.

Truly Mouthwatering!

To start this quest, talk to Henri, who you can find partially buried in the sand north of Poisson. The quest involves some detective work, but here’s the solution for the first deductive section:

  1. Associate the “Nearby shovel” with “Roast Chicken.”
  2. Associate “Crabs” with “Roast Chicken.”
  3. Interpret “Self-proclaimed beauty treatment.”
  4. Associate “Shout out so he can be heard” with “The walker duo.”
  5. Associate “Fearful of the walking duo” with “Nearby shovel.”
  6. Conclude “Henri was buried here.”

And the second deductive section after you rescue Henri:

  1. Interpret “Roast Chicken,” “Barrel on the body,” and “Crabs.”
  2. Associate “Buried safely” with “Roast Chicken.”
  3. Associate “Buried safely” with “Crabs.”
  4. Associate “Buried safely” with “Truly mouthwatering!”
  5. Associate “Lesson” with “Broken machine.”
  6. Conclude “Because he broke the machine.”

The quest is complete after freeing Henri and speaking with him about seven machine cores. There is another follow-up quest after you obtain the seven cores (Still Mouthwatering!) but you only need to go this far to get the 20 Reputation EXP.

“Hey, this isn’t Pumpkin Soup…,” Echoes of the Ancient World, The Lone Phantom Sail

These are part of the same questline. To unlock them, complete A Brush of Seafoam and Crimson in the Ancient Colors questline. (If you don’t have this yet, start it by talking to Mamere just north of the Statue of the Seven in Elynas.) Start “Hey, this isn’t Pumpkin Soup…” by talking to Verenata in Merusea Village. After completing this quest, start Echoes of the Ancient World by talking to Verenata by the pool west of the teleporter in Merusea Village. Then start The Lone Phantom Sail by talking to Ahes in “A Lonely Place.” There’s a shortcut to get there in the form of a pink orb by the Merusea Village teleporter.

Strange Stone Chronicle

To unlock this quest, you need to have finished the entire Ancient Colors questline. After this, talk to Puca in front of her home in the bottom level of Merusea Village. You can dive down here via a small pool just west of the Merusea Village teleporter. There is a second part to this quest that requires talking to Chesil in the Court of Fontaine after a daily server reset, but you only need to do the first part to get the Reputation EXP.
