Starfield countdown: When you can play Early Access & release time

Starfield is almost here, which means it’s time to start the countdown.

Below, we have provided two separate Starfield countdown clocks so you can track precisely when you can join Constellation and start your adventure in the field of stars. You know, sort of like a New Year’s countdown, except more exciting. Both launch times are global releases, meaning no region will get access before the other. Access to Starfield will unlock at the same time around the world. Also, these times apply to all platforms, so whether you’re playing Starfield on PC, Xbox Series X|S, or Game Pass, the countdown clocks apply to you.

If you have pre-ordered the Premium Edition or Constellation Edition, you get five days of Early Access to Starfield.

Here are our Starfield countdown clocks as well as the upcoming release times for both Early Access and Full Release. Both countdowns should be accurate regardless of your location, but you can always check the regional times as well.

The Early Access for Starfield will start on the evening of August 31 or the morning of September 1, depending on your regional location.

West Coast USA — 5 p.m. PST on August 31
Mountain Time USA — 6 p.m MST on August 31
Central USA — 7 p.m. CST on August 31
East Coast USA — 8 p.m. EST on August 31
UK — 1 a.m. BST on September 1
Europe — 2 a.m. CET on September 1
Japan — 9 a.m. JST on September 1
Australia — 10 a.m. AET on September 1
New Zealand — 12 p.m. NZT on September 1
