Does Armored Core 6 have dual audio? – Answered

Not only does it have dual audio – it has more text-based language options too

Armored Core 6 is a fairly big release for From Software, and like many modern games before it, it comes with multiple language options. Let’s dive into what that actually entails, and how many you’ll be able to choose from: both from audio and text-based perspectives.

All of the language options for Armored Core 6, listed

Audio options for Armored Core 6

In terms of audio, Armored Core 6 has the following voice options:

  • Japanese
  • English

You can also set it to default to whatever region you’re currently in/what your system is set to.

Note that there is a lot of spoken dialogue in Armored Core 6, as your handler is speaking to you on a constant basis. Not only will you get constant feedback before and after missions, but you’ll also have orders and tips barked at you during levels and even boss fights. On that note, it is important to consider a language option you can understand on the fly: but given how many folks (myself included!) play high-octane action games with Japanese audio, you know your own limits!

Text options for Armored Core 6

For text-based menus/subtitles, Armored Core 6 has a few more languages available to sift through:

  • English
  • French
  • Spanish
  • Portuguese

Like the audio option, it will also default to your system’s region setting.
