Hateno Village in Tears of the Kingdom location

Hateno Village in Tears of the Kingdom is pretty difficult to find if you have no basis for comparison from Breath of the Wild!

It’s lodged between Mount Lanaryu and Necluda Sea in a hilly area. Place a beacon around this space. You can’t see the village from far away as it’s nestled within a high elevated area. Basically, you’ll want to find Kakariko Village and go southeast. Make your way across the green fields and be wary of a camp on the left side. Once you’ve crossed the field, follow the beacon up the mountainside. You may need an Elixir to stop Link slipping if it’s raining.

After walking up after climbing, you should vaguely see beige and brown buildings in the background. This is where Hateno Village is in Tears of the KingdomContinue running towards it, and you’ll eventually make your way there. Don’t enter the woods in the center of the valley, however. You’ll be attacked by the Gloom Hands, which are hard to deal with.

What can you do in Hateno Village?

Before venturing into Hateno Village’s stores and activities, you’ll want to find the nearby Zanmik Shrine. You’ll then be able to use it as a fast-travel location. After that, you can dive into the Great Ton Pu Inn, the Kochi Dye Shop, and the Ventest Clothing Boutique. There are half a dozen side quests in Hateno Village.
