TGIF Open Thread!

Good morning all! Hope your week went quick and it wasn't to much of a headache cause we made it! It's Friday!

My week draaagged but it's basically over so whatevs! It's the weekend and I'm happy about that. Will be doing some cleaning this weekend for our dog sitter and getting prepared for our upcoming trip. I won't be home next Friday, so I'll be asking our lovely Queen to to take care of TGIF for me next week. On Thursday, the fiancee and I will be flying to Iowa to visit my sister and her family. We'll be staying until Sunday. It'll be nice to see all of them and get out of the 110 plus degree heat! We're renting a boat for Saturday and will be enjoying the river for most of that day. Then lots of hiking and just looking around and what not. This will be the first time Steph visits Iowa so if she likes it, we're highly considering selling our house next year and moving there. Stressful and exciting to think about all at the same time.

Other then getting prepared for the trip, I'll be up to the usual. Chores, relaxing with the family and playing some games here and there. Nothing crazy but I'm definitely excited for the trip. I can use some time off from work and getting out of this damn state that is constantly trying to kill us lol.
