The uber-compelling, smash-hit mobile title Vampire Survivors will receive its first DLC expansion on iOS and Android platforms on March 14… That’s today! The Legacy of the Moonspell expansion can be purchased now on mobile platforms for a special launch price of just $0.99, (regular price $1.99).
Legacy of the Moonspell is packed out with new characters, stages, weapons, and achievements, as well as six bangin’ new tracks. Set against the backdrop of feudal Japan, the narrative focuses on a party of monster hunters, The Moonspell, who must take up arms to drive back hordes of oni and yokai attackers, in an effort to cleanse the sacred mountains of this unholy activity. Be there vampires? I guess you’re just going to have to step up to the challenge and find out for yourselves.
Included in the new expansion is the new locale Mt. Moonspell, a huge map that boasts snow-topped mountains, an overrun village, and an abandoned castle. There are eight new warriors to choose from for battle, as well as 13 new weapons, many of which are imbued with ancient and mythic abilities. From the Silver Wind staff, to the Four Seasons battle orbs, and even a deadly kimono known as The Mirage Robe. Choose your hero, gather your weapons, and head out into an eastern nightmare.
Vampire Survivors is available now on Xbox, PC, and mobile platforms. The Legacy of the Moonspell DLC launches today on mobile, and is already available to purchase on Xbox and PC platforms.
