We must befriend the robots
While working through the “To Rot or to Burn” main storyline quest in Honkai: Star Rail, you will eventually need to obtain a Robot Settlement Level 3 Certification in order to proceed. The nearby robots want you to pass their quizzes to progress.

Obtaining Robot Settlement Level 1 Certification
To take the first quiz you want to head to the southwest corner of the robot settlement and talk to the Certification Robot. You will know you are at the right robot if he gives you the following prompt.
“Who is the reigning champion of the Internal Combustion Engine Rap Tournament?”
The answer is 88 Degrees Bedrock.
With this correct answer, you will receive the Settlement Level 1 Certification item.
Obtaining Robot Settlement Level 2 Certification
Obtaining the level 1 certification will give you the option to speak to the Irritable Robot in the northwest part of the robot settlement. Doing so will trigger the second quiz.
“A microcrystalline unit should be connected to which component?”
The answer is Logic control hub.
You will get the Robot Settlement Level 2 Certification item for choosing the correct answer.
Obtaining Robot Settlement Level 3 Certification
Unlike the certification levels, this one requires a fight as opposed to a quiz. Talking to the robot will trigger a special story fight that disables the auto-battle mechanic.
For the most part, this battle is pretty easy. But if you are having trouble, make the proper changes to your team lineup. I’d recommend taking advantage of the electric weakness all of the automation beetles have, which makes Serval a great choice for this fight.

Now that you have defeated the automation beetles you will be rewarded with the Robot Settlement Level 3 Certification item. That is all Certification Robot answers in Honkai Star Rail.
Accessing Svarog’s Base
At last, you will have the item to advance the main quest by unlocking the gate to Svarog’s Base. Head over to the quest marker and use your new item to open the gate and continue the main quest. With the robots satisfied you can now enter their home and access the relic Svarog!
