TGIF Open Thread!

Good morning Destructoid! It's that wonderful time of the week! It's Fridaaay! This week sucked but I don't have yard work to do this weekend so that's a plus! I do however have to take my anxiety filled pup Brock to the vet. Just a yearly checkup! He's fine but he's definitely gonna act like he's not lol

A little burnt out from work. From working damn insurance in general honestly. If it didn't pay so good, I'd have no issue stepping away for awhile but we do what we gotta do to pay the bills right? Suck it up and force a smile and earn that money. The joys of life haha

Gamestop had a great trade in deal so I traded in two games I'll never play again and got 50 bucks off of Tears of the Kingdom. Only put like 3 hours in so far, but it's interesting! Excited to get further and really get to play around with the new crazy mechanics. Pretty far into Hogwarts Legacy and that game is legit impressive. It's unfortunate there's so much understandable controversy surrounding it because it really is a great game full of cool stuff to find. The amount of character customization is pretty crazy. I'm most impressed that a team I've never really heard of before pulled it off.

Going to watch the new D&D movie and try to squeeze in the new Ant-Man as well this weekend since they're now both free on streaming services. We started D&D but only got 30 minutes in before the gf and to shower and get ready to sleep for work. It's funny so far. Other then that and taking the pup to the vet, no big plans this weekend.
