TGIF Open Thread!

Gooood morning Destructoid! It's that wonderful time of the week! It's Friday!

It's an extra special Friday for me as well as I'm off work today as the gf and I are taking the pups up north for some nature hikes/causal walks? The gf's back feels a lot better but I don't want to push it as it's still not 100%. So we're looking at good areas that are mostly flat so we can still get an easy walk in with the pups and enjoy the nature around us. It's a much needed trip for the both of us so we're looking to enjoy it as much as possible. We even borrowed her dads new truck just incase we get caught in the snow as just a few days ago, they had a decent sized storm. Looks like that should all be past when we're up there sooo here's to hoping it stays that way!

Haven't touched Atomic Heart yet as I wanted to finish Mafia 3 first before I did. I juuust finished that last night and I still love the hell out of it despite all its flaws. So once I get back from our trip, I'll be happily diving into Atomic Heart. I'm happy to see most of the reviews are positive but I wasn't expecting a perfect experience so I'm not surprised certain parts about the gameplay are being called out as unpolished. We'll see how I like it.
